My name is Rhea Policarpio and I’m the proud owner of Etherheal Beauty Salon. Welcome to my space! I have been in the industry since 2011 and I have to say I LOVE my job! My passion has always been creating beautiful artistry whether it be hair, makeup or interior spaces.
I graduated from Arlington Academy with a Cosmetology License and I’m also an Alumna from the Illinois Institute of Art with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design. I have grown so much throughout the years and have met so many unforgettable clients along the way. I’m a Mom to my fearless son, Cadence, my pups Clover & Chaplin, and a wife to my soulmate Chris. In my free time, I love to travel and spend time with my close-knit family.
I’m attracted to positive energy and genuine souls. I believe in manifestation and the Almighty God. My all-time favorite quote is “If you do what you love, you’ll never work a day in your life.”

Hi, I’m Jess! I’ve been a licensed stylist for 8 years and I have a daughter and 3 cats…so there’s always some kind of hair in my life. I love helping people with their confidence and giving them the best hair day. I do it all from lived-in color, cuts, balayage, face-framing highlights (aka money pieces) and my all-time favorite fantasy colors! I am always taking classes to keep up with the trends. Hi there, I’m Mackenzie, a passionate hairstylist with 3 years of experience in the beauty industry. I believe that our hair has the power to transform how we see ourselves and how others perceive us, which is why I strive to create stunning styles that leave my clients feeling confident and radiant. When I’m not behind the chair, I’m likely cuddling with my two adorable cats or tending to my growing plant collection. Whether you’re looking for a bold new look or a subtle refresh, I’m so excited to work with you & help bring your hair goals to life!

Hi, I’m Kris! I’ve been in the industry for over 10 years. I have a passion for doing bridal hair & makeup—making someone’s wedding day extra special! I am experienced in all things beauty. I can talk about products & applications for hours! I enjoy taking classes and learning new trends. I’m a proud mama to a beautiful teenage daughter and a dog mom to my sweet pup, Ash. I believe God has carved out a path for me to pursue my talent of creating beauty with my hands.
